We serve European players in HVAC and heat pumps with large-format components produced at Bovezzo, weather-resistant finishes, expertise in overmoulding of meshes and filters, and an ISO 14001 certified environmental management system that is increasingly required at the qualification stage.
We address European manufacturers of electric charging infrastructure with a co-design approach: we start from your concept and develop the component together, with a free DFM session that on average reduces the cost of the component by 15-25% when carried out before the design is finalised. The Scame Group specialises in electric charging infrastructure and in plastic components for the energy transition. We do not operate in automotive segments: interiors, ADAS or vehicle components.
We work with leading Italian and European manufacturers of professional coffee machines. The strengths here are in-house finishing for premium panels and large tonnage for monolithic bodies, which reduce joints and assembly operations.
We serve established customers in this sector with components requiring professional-grade finishes and measuring-instrument tolerances, produced with moulds from our Industry 4.0 toolroom.
We review your design for manufacturability at no cost: we look at geometry, material and process and tell you what can be improved before the design is closed. If complex engineering changes or a CAD redesign are needed, we quote that work separately.
